What happens once I place my order?
As soon as your order is placed and you have gone through the payment process you will receive an automatic confirmation of order notification to your email address. This will be followed at the same time with pdf printable VAT invoice. Be sure to insert your email address and shipping address/postcode correctly when entering your details. Inserting you mobile number helps us with contacting you quickly if there are any problems with your order or despatch. We do not share any customer information with any other organisations – your details are secure.
Once I place my Speedskim order when and how is it despatched?
All Speedskim website orders are processed and despatched next business day. Our aim is to get your equipment to you as fast as possible and in perfect condition. To do this we use the best carrier methods possible. UK destinations are carried out via ParcelForce, and International destinations through TNT. Both services are fully trackable. Depending on the size of equipment ordered delivery times range between 2 and 3 days from point of order. Deliveries do tend to go extremely well but if something hasn’t arrived on time Customer Service is available 7 days to deal with any issues swiftly. How is my Speedskim product packaged?
We have gone to great lengths to make sure your new Speedskim° is shipped correctly and reaches you in perfect condition. All Speedskim° products are shipped in bespoke protective boxes with shock absorbing ends. Your Speedskim° has a simple opening strip. In the unlikely event that you wish to return your Speedskim you can use the box again once you have obtained your prepaid label.
What should I do if my goods haven’t arrived?
We are currently working toward installing SMS automatic tracking systems – this will be available in the near future. However in the meantime please contact us on +44(0)845 6000 227 or email email@example.com and we will be happy to track the progress immediately.
I haven’t received my automatic confirmation of order notification and VAT invoice – what should I do?
If you haven’t received your automatic confirmation of order and VAT invoice please check your junk email. Sometimes your computer settings will direct this nature of unrecognised correspondence into junk. If the notification is not in your junk email file please contact us on T +44(0)845 6000 227 or firstname.lastname@example.org we will be happy to forward the order confirmation and VAT invoice to an alternative email address of your choice. If preferred we can send a hard copy of VAT invoice to you by 1st class post.
I have a general query on a product and shipping. What should I do?
Please use the contact us facility on the website stating your query. Alternatively please contact us on +44(0)845 6000 227 or email@example.com and we will be happy to assist. We aim to deal with all general enquiries within 24 hours.
My Speedskim has arrived in damaged condition. What can I do?
Please let us know what has happened. If possible please forward digital photos of the damage. This allows us to take up with our couriers and improve the service. We will send a prepaid label to you for the return of the damaged unit for inspection. Digital images of the damage speed up this process and can result in immediate replacement/dispatch.
I have purchased a Speedskim and would like to return. What should I do?
Please click on returns policy. If you fill out the form and return we will send you a prepaid label to attach to the original transit box. I haven’t got a printer and need a VAT invoice – what can I do?
No problem – please contact us on +44(0)845 6000 227 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to post a hard copy to you.
International shipping. I would like to purchase a Speedskim product but am outside of the UK. What can I do?
Shipping is available now automatically to some international destinations. To find out more about a specific region please take a look at the Speedskim Shipping Methods page. If you dont see your global destination listed please get in touch, and we will be happy to discuss shipping to your location. When emailing your enquiry please remember your region area code/zip code. We will at all times try to get the most competitive shipping rates.
I have a Product or Technical query but they are not listed. What should I do?
